Job summary

Revelation Machinery is seeking a Warehouse Associate to keep the warehouse clean, organized, and ready for inspection, sale, or shipment. You will clean used manufacturing machines, pack machinery and parts, and coordinate outbound shipments.

You will work with service technicians and warehouse staff, follow safety procedures, document packaging, and help with loading/unloading.

Responsibilities

• Clean used manufacturing machines and equipment for inspection, sale or shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe warehouse environment.
• Package machinery, parts securely for shipment.
• Prepare, label, and coordinate outbound and inbound shipments with paperwork.
• Support loading and unloading with warehouse and shipping staff.
• Take photos of cleaned equipment and packaging for documentation.
• Report damaged, missing, or unsafe equipment or materials.
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Assist warehouse and service technician staff with general upkeep as needed.

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Associate keeps our warehouse and machinery clean, organized, and ready to move. This role is responsible for cleaning a variety of industrial machines, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment, and accurately packaging and shipping equipment and parts. The Warehouse Associate works closely with the service technician team and warehouse staff to make sure machinery looks its best and orders go out on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean used manufacturing machines and other equipment thoroughly, including removing debris, chips, oil, and grime, to prepare machines for inspection, sale, or shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, including floors, walkways, and storage areas
• Package machinery, parts, and components securely for shipment, following proper packing and crating procedures
• Prepare, label, and coordinate outbound and inbound shipments, ensuring accuracy of paperwork and shipment contents
• Support loading and unloading of machinery and materials, coordinating with warehouse and shipping staff
• Take photos of cleaned equipment and completed packaging for documentation as required
• Report any damaged, missing, or unsafe equipment or materials to the appropriate team
• Follow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and company policies when cleaning, handling, and shipping machinery
• Assist warehouse and service technician staff with general upkeep and other duties as needed
