Job summary

Precision Garage Doors Inc is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, organizing, and distributing materials. You will work under supervision but influence daily warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key duties include verifying deliveries, logging inventory, loading and unloading, cycle counts, and keeping stock organized. Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with at least 5 years of driving experience.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.).
• Ability to lift/move heavy items safely.
• Basic computer skills to manage inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Verify deliveries and perform random inventory spot checks.
• Manage inventory, log quantities in inventory software.
• Load/unload materials and deliver parts to technicians.
• Maintain stock records and conduct cycle counts.
• Organize stock locations for a clean warehouse.

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in the receiving, organizing, and distributing of materials - keeping everything on track and our customers satisfied. You'll work under direct supervision, but your impact will be felt company-wide.

What You'll Be Doing

• Verify Deliveries: Check all incoming shipments for accuracy against invoices, ensuring top condition of materials. Perform random inventory spot checks.
• Inventory Management: Log quantities and details of items received or distributed using our inventory software.
• Loading/Unloading: Move materials in and out of vehicles safely and efficiently. Deliver parts to technicians/installers as needed.
• Stock Control: Keep detailed records of stocked items and maintain an accurate overview for management.
• Cycle Counts: Perform regular inventory counts to ensure data is always up to date.
• Organize Stock: Store materials in their correct locations to maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
