Job summary

Echelon USA Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. You’ll keep inventory accurate, pick and pack orders, and help load/unload materials while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Commitment to safety and doing the job correctly
  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience (preferred)
  • Comfort operating or willingness to learn equipment like forklifts
  • Basic understanding of inventory systems (a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Keep inventory accurate and organized, helping prevent delays and errors
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders with precision and care
  • Load and unload materials using equipment like forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks
  • Support shipping and receiving processes, ensuring everything is properly documented
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace in line with OSHA standards
  • Work closely with supervisors and teammates to improve workflow and efficiency
  • Perform basic equipment checks and operate machinery responsibly
  • Help ensure outgoing shipments are packaged securely and professionally
  • Pitch in where needed—including material handling and physically active tasks
  • Other Duties as assigned
