Job summary

Willard West Heating and Cooling in North Richland Hills, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Parts Runner to join our growing team. The role supports loading, inventory, deliveries, and safety compliance.

You will maintain a clean warehouse, track inventory, assist in loading parts onto vans, and participate in training. Hourly pay ranges and shift hours provided; weekends occasionally.

Qualifications

• 1-5 Years warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with inventory system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Assist in loading vans/trucks using stock from warehouse.
• Track inventory and assist in inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Utilize equipment to load and unload heavy materials.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory.
• Assist in delivering parts to jobs.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

• Hourly Pay $15-$25


• Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (flexible start and end times depending on business needs)


• Days: Monday - Friday with occasional weekends
