Job summary

Willard West Heating and Cooling is seeking a Warehouse Associate or Parts Runner in Richland Hills, TX to support warehouse operations and on-time parts delivery. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

You will load/unload, track inventory, assist deliveries, and maintain records. Valid DL preferred; forklift cert is a plus; experience with inventory systems helps. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with inventory systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Assist in loading vans/trucks using stock from warehouse.
• Track inventory and assist in inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Utilize equipment to load and unload heavy materials.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory.
• Assist in delivering parts to jobs.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Compensation & Hours

Hourlry Pay $15-$25 Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (flexible start and end times depending on business needs) Days: Monday - Friday with occasional weekends
