Job summary

OnTrac is seeking Package Handlers in Franklin, MA. The role involves unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP codes, and loading delivery trucks. Candidates should be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures and lift up to 75 lbs.

This is a part-time position with weekend shifts and opportunities to earn premium pay on holidays. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have basic English proficiency to understand safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse

Pay: $19.00/hr

Shifts

Part Time: Saturday through Wednesday 2:30am to 8:30am or end of sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.

• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
