Job summary

OnTrac in Franklin, MA is seeking Package Handlers to unload trailers, sort by ZIP code, and load trucks for deliveries during overnight shifts (Sat–Wed, 2:30am–8:30am). End-of-sort and clean-up are directed by site management.

Qualifications include standing for long periods, lifting up to 75 lbs, and basic English. We offer a supplemental benefits plan, 401(k) with match, referral bonuses, paid sick leave, holiday pay, and EAP.

• Ability to work in heat and cold as temperatures vary seasonally.

Package Handlers

Location: 10 Kenwood Circle, Franklin, MA 02038
Pay: $19.00/hr
Shifts: Saturday through Wednesday 2:30am to 8:30am or end of sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean‑up activities, as directed by site management.
