Job summary

OnTrac in Franklin, MA is hiring Package Handlers to support our growing warehouse operations. You will unload trailers, sort packages by zip codes, and load trucks for deliveries, contributing to a safe and efficient distribution process.

We value reliability and teamwork; this role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 75 lbs, and following safety protocols. Hours are part-time with weekend shifts, and OnTrac offers competitive benefits and pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic English language proficiency required for safety and operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Able to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and up to 75lbs.
• Ability to stay on your feet and work in varying temperatures in a warehouse.

Pay: $19.00/hr

Shifts

Part Time: Saturday through Wednesday 2:30am to 8:30am or end of sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
