Job summary

OnTrac is hiring Part Time Package Handlers in Franklin, MA. The role offers $19.00 per hour and requires being 18+ with the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 75 lbs in a fast-paced warehouse.

Shifts run Saturday through Wednesday from 2:30am to 8:30am (or end of sort). Benefits include health, 401(k) with company match, referral bonuses, paid sick leave, and premium pay on select holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
• Basic English language proficiency to understand safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Be a team player – everyone works together to get the job done!
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe/clean work environment.

Pay: $19.00/hr

Shifts

Part Time: Saturday through Wednesday 2:30am to 8:30am or end of sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
