Job summary

OnTrac Logistics, Inc. is seeking a part-time Package Handler in Franklin, MA. The role supports warehouse operations by unloading trailers, sorting packages by zip codes, and loading trucks for deliveries.

You will work with a safety-first team, following directions and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace. The position requires standing, exposure to warehouse temperatures, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a warehouse environment.
• Able to lift and move items weighing 50–75 lbs.
• Basic English language proficiency for safety instructions.

Job description

Pay: $19.00/hr

Shifts

Part-Time : (Approximately 4-5 days/week, 24-30 hours total)

• Wednesday through Sunday 2:30AM to 8:30AM or End of Sort
• Saturday through Wednesday 2:30AM to 8:30AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

The Must-Haves

• Ability to stay on your feet while working
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
