Job summary

QA1 Precision Products in Mooresville, North Carolina, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join the team. You will perform order picking, packing, inventory control, and related tasks to ensure accurate shipments.

Training is provided to help you grow, with emphasis on safety, reliability, and teamwork. The role supports the Detroit Speed & Engineering team within QA1, carrying out duties such as forklift-assisted picking, packing, loading, and cycle counting to maintain efficient warehouse

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Familiarity with material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
  • Must have prior forklift operator experience and/or be willing to gain forklift operator license.
  • Demonstrates reliability with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with team interaction or alone under busy conditions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Timely pick material using forklift and/or other material handling equipment.
  • Package and palletize orders.
  • Load and unload trucks.
  • Replenish production and warehouse as directed.
  • Supporting cycle counting activities.
  • Receive and process incoming orders and returns.
  • Complete verification of items picked for accuracy and condition.
  • Assist in orientation and cross-training of other Warehouse team members.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues as they arise, escalating to leadership appropriately.
  • Other duties as beneficial to the success of QA1.

About this position

The Career:

QA1, a recognized leader in high-performance suspension components for motorsports and industrial markets, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join its Detroit Speed & Engineering team, based in Mooresville, North Carolina.

This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge products that not only meet but exceed industry expectations. As a member of the QA1 team, you’ll be responsible for order picking, packing, inventory control and other tasks to ensure timely and accurate shipments to our customers. What You Will Do

The Critical Skills and Experience You’ll Need
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Familiarity with material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
  • Must have prior forklift operator experience and/or be willing to gain forklift operator license.

  • Demonstrable technical proficiency with Microsoft Office products and ERP; prior experience with WMS preferred.

Schedule

Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5:00pm OR Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Salary Information

$18 - $21Hourly Wage
