Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for Receiving in Kansas City, KS. You will pull, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment, using pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers where needed.

This fast-paced role values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth, with multiple shifts and strong incentive opportunities. Starting compensation is competitive with benefits and growth potential across a large, North American network, plus a $1,000 sign-on

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs consistently.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders.
• Forklift experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery.
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely.
• Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers and other equipment (training provided).
• Ensure inventory accuracy at every step.
• Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety protocols.
• Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs.

As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. Whether you’re pulling parts manually or operating warehouse equipment, you will be part of a team where your work makes a real impact and produces results. Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our distribution center:

• Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
• Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
• Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Flexibility : Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

• Are you 18 years of age or older?
• Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently?
• Are you comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders?
• Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue?
• Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment?
• Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic?
• Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?
• Do you have forklift operator experience? (Preferred, but not required)
