Job summary

QA1 Precision Products in Lakeville, MN is seeking a Material Handler to support order fulfillment, inventory, and shipping operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year in manufacturing/warehouse, and a hands-on, team-oriented approach with strong attention to detail and safety awareness. Shift is Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:00pm with overtime potential.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ years in manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Self-directed with proactive problem solving.
  • Strong time-management to meet deadlines.
  • Willing to cross-train and work as part of a team.
  • Basic math, reading, and English communication.
  • Familiarity with OSHA requirements.
  • Comfortable with team interaction or working alone under busy conditions.
  • Proficient with ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Pack outbound customer shipments.
  • Process customer order paperwork.
  • Pull orders for internal job orders.
  • Break down pallets of incoming inventory.
  • Move inventory within warehouse accurately.
  • Label all inventory properly.
  • Create inventory transactions in SyteLine.
  • Assist in cycle counts and inventory management processes.
  • Operate order pickers and forklifts; perform daily safety checks.

About this position

The Career:

Are you passionate about innovation, quality, and making a difference? If so, great news - QA1 is looking for a talented Material Handler to join our Lakeville based team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge products that not only meet but exceed industry expectations. As a member of the QA1 team, you’ll be responsible for pulling products for internal and customer orders, packing shipments, receiving shipments, and doing inventory transactions. You’ll support the Area Manager – Material Handling, and your success in this role will depend on your ability to ensure timely and accurate processing. Work Schedule:Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:00pm with overtime pending business need

The Opportunity:

  • Responsible for packaging out bound customer shipments
  • Responsible for processing customer order paperwork
  • Responsible for pulling orders for internal job orders
  • Breaks down pallets of incoming inventory
  • Move inventory within the warehouse accurately
  • Label all inventory properly
  • Create accurate inventory transactions in SyteLine
  • Assist in cycle counts and inventory management processes
  • Safely operate order pickers and forklifts and perform daily safety checks on the pickers and forklifts

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Self-directed and able to recognize and pursue opportunities not identified by others

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
