Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Warehouse Machine Operator in Monument, CO to operate automated manufacturing equipment and support production runs. You will perform setup, loading, and basic data entry while ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Operating automated manufacturing equipment for production assemblies under direct supervision.
• Performing routine equipment set-up, operation, and adjustment.
• Coordinating with team members to set up machines according to set-up sheets.
• Ensuring board loader and feeders are properly loaded with correct parts and preparing for upcoming runs.
• Maintaining and loading solder screen printers, operating LSM machines, and entering data into CIQ systems.
• Keeping work areas clean and organized, tubing fallout parts, and performing basic cleaning as needed.
• Monitoring machine rejects and sorting parts daily
• Maintaining necessary documentation and performing basic quality auditing, testing, and troubleshooting
• Adhering to all safety, health, and security policies and procedures

What’s a typical day as Warehouse Machine Operator? You’ll be:

• Operating automated manufacturing equipment for production assemblies under direct supervision
