Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.50/hour
Shift: Night shift position 6p-6a with rotating weekly schedule, shifts assignments are on a 12-hour basis that does involve occasional overtime, weekends, and holiday coverage as necessary, site may run up to 24 x 7 schedule, willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Operating packaging and coating equipment, including automatic baggers, palletizers, hand-add stations, and fertilizer coating lines
Supporting the production process from raw material handling to final packaging and warehousing
Loading and unloading trucks, and performing cycle counts of materials
Maintaining a clean and organized packaging and production area
Communicating effectively with other shifts, maintenance, and QA personnel
Troubleshooting equipment and process issues, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
Serving as a production leader to ensure smooth coating and blending processes
Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Can lift 50 lbs, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and perform tasks at elevated heights (15-30 feet)
Are willing to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Possess strong communication and multitasking skills
Have basic math skills, mechanical aptitude, and computer proficiency
Have at least 1 year of experience in manufacturing (preferred)
Are experienced in forklift operation (required)
Are familiar with industry-standard cleaning tools and committed to maintaining a safety-focused work environment
(Preferred) Have experience with DCS/HMI systems, inventory management, process control, Lean Manufacturing, or intermediate mechanical experience
