Job summary

Amcor is hiring for a warehouse associate in Iowa. You will move and handle shipments using hand trucks, assemble and load orders, receive and store goods, and maintain organized, safe work areas. You’ll work with production and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment.

Requirements include 2–5 years of warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 49 lbs, read instructions, and communicate effectively with teams. This is a full-time on-site role based in Manchester, IA, with safety as a core value.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and packaging specifications.
• Ability to effectively communicate and present findings to a wide variety of audiences.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 35 lbs and occasionally up to 49 lbs.
• Ability to work at elevated heights.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand truck or various trucks to move or convey shipments.
• Assemble finished goods, orders and load shipments based on standard procedures.
• Prepare skids, straps, stretch wraps, weighs and inspect incoming shipments.
• Receive, print and pull warehouse transfers and orders; store merchandise or materials.
• Execute shipping/receiving and restock needs; assist Production as needed.
