Job Description: Warehouse Associate at Ballard House

Ballard House (formerly Ballard Products) is a founder-led ecommerce company providing brands and manufacturers with end-to-end solutions for selling on Amazon. Founded in 2017, we focus on logistics, content, and ad management to enable sustainable growth for our partners.

We are hiring full-time Warehouse Associates to assist with packaging, labeling, order picking, receiving shipments, and inventory management. The role involves working onsite at 715 East Duncan Street, Manchester, MI 48158, with a schedule of dayshift, Monday–Friday.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay: $14 per hour, non-exempt
• Hours: Full-time or part-time options available

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Good fine motor skills and endurance for hands-on tasks
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
