Job description

Position Title: Warehouse Associate - 12-Hour Shifts

Wage: $19.85/hr

Shift: Days

Hours: 6:00am - 6:00pm

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Operate forklift equipment to support production, fill customer orders, and ensure a smooth flow of materials inbound and outbound.
2. Meet department goals for efficiency.
3. Participate in continuous improvement efforts.
4. Fill customer production orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper storage, receipt, and shipment of products to quality standards.
5. Perform timely and accurate transactions to maintain inventory system integrity.
6. Complete all shift documentation and paperwork.
7. Maintain department equipment through daily checks and monitor department KPIs.
8. Participate in safety programs, follow all safety procedures, and wear appropriate PPE.

Warehouse Associate Requirements:

1. Preferred 3 years of forklift experience.
2. Mechanical aptitude.
3. Basic math skills.
4. Computer and software skills.
5. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs continuously (cases of product and hand tools).
6. Regularly lift 11-30 lbs (3-4 times per shift).
7. Occasionally lift 31-50 lbs (1-2 times per shift).
8. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, and stand for long periods.
9. Ability to work in warm environments.
10. Ability to read, write, and speak English to meet training, safety, and quality requirements.
