Responsibilities

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, labeling, storing shipments, assessing stock for damages, maintaining inventory records, and accurately fulfilling customer orders. We seek dynamic, career-minded individuals committed to their roles.

• Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock
• Maintaining accurate inventory records
• Scanning items into the warehouse management system
• Inspecting stock for damages and recording findings
• Organizing warehouse space
• Preparing and picking orders for shipment
• Recording shipment times
• Operating warehouse tools and equipment
• Counting stock and managing inventory
• Performing routine cleaning duties
• Collaborating with management to meet objectives
• Ensuring safety regulations are followed

Qualifications

Minimum requirements include:

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Maintaining productivity and quality standards
• Ability to lift 10-50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach frequently
• Environmental adaptability and safety awareness
• Good vision and attention to detail
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and with others
• Open availability and flexibility for shifts and overtime
• 1-2 years warehouse experience preferred
• Knowledge of safety procedures
