Our partner, a leading innovative manufacturer of quality assurance systems for the web processing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate. Located in Illinois and Wisconsin, they have built a team dedicated to quality innovation and service for customers worldwide.

Job Details:

1. Title: Warehouse Associate
2. Pay: $20-22/hour
3. Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
4. Drug Screen: Only required if suspected use; none have had issues before. Conducted if needed.
5. Background Check: Yes
6. Submit To: Dan Burnett (HR)
7. In-person Interview: Yes (plus tour) with Dan
8. Evaluation Hire

Job Duties:

• Accurately picking parts per custom work orders and distributing them to various departments.
• Managing daily receiving functions, including receipt of purchase orders and returns.
• Restocking received inventory accurately and promptly.
• Operating forklift, conducting safety inspections, and maintaining compliance records.
• Assisting the Shipping Specialist and performing other assigned duties.

Experience Requirements:

• 3-5 years of related work experience in a manufacturing warehouse.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and typing skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with ERP database systems is preferred.
• Forklift experience.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Associate degree in business or a related field is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, or arms.
• Eye-hand coordination, depth perception, finger dexterity, and functional vision and speech perception.
• Capability to perform bending, crouching, pushing/pulling, and lifting/lowering up to 50 lbs. Support equipment will be provided for heavier loads.
• Ability to operate business equipment.
