Job summary

InProduction in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a team-oriented warehouse associate to handle shipments and maintain equipment readiness. This is a full-time, direct-hire role with a starting wage of $18 per hour and overtime opportunities.

You will work with forklift operations and basic fabrication tasks as needed. Responsibilities include inspecting shipments, pulling and packing orders, loading/unloading trucks, and performing routine equipment maintenance while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Forklift license preferred and ability to operate forklift.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipments by checking them physically.
• Inspect products for defects and accuracy.
• Pull, pack and ship finished goods.
• Load/unload/prepare/inspect/operate delivery vehicle.
• Inspect machinery and perform basic maintenance.
• Unload materials and stack them appropriately.
• Pull orders from shelves and place onto pallets.
• Identify equipment in need of maintenance and communicate with managers.
• Follow safety measures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with basic fabrication tasks (drilling, cutting).
• Other duties as required.

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments by checking them physically
• Check products for defects and accuracy
• Pull, pack and ship finished goods
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and perform regular maintenance
• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
• Pull orders from shelves, and then place and secure onto pallet
• Communicate with managers to identify equipment in need of maintenance
• Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed
• Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
• May occasionally help on local job-sites (building and tearing down of structures and loading of trucks)
• Some basic fabrication duties such as drilling, cutting and other tasks
• Other duties as required

Requirements

Required license or certification:

• Forklift License Preferred

Education Requirements:

• High school or equivalent

Compensation:

• Hourly. Starting pay $18 per hour
• Overtime Pay

Requirements:

• Pass background check and drug screening requirements
• Familiar with basic hand tools
• Pay attention to detail and become familiar with industrial equipment
• Able to work overtime occasionally
• Able to read and understand safety instructions
• Fork lift experience and license preferred
• Willing to complete fork lift training preferred
• Experience with the loading and unloading of trucks preferred (flat-beds and/or trailers)
• Small engine repair and maintenance skills preferred but not required
• Stand continuously for long periods of time
• Able to repeatedly lift-up to 75Ibs

Work Environment

• Is exposed to excessive noise
