Job summary

InProduction is seeking a warehouse/maintenance associate to support shipping, loading and unloading, and on-site maintenance across US project sites. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle shipments, operate forklifts, inspect and prepare goods, and assist on job sites as needed. The position is full-time, with overtime and travel as required, and bilingual Spanish-English is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift license preferred; current valid driver’s license.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Willing to travel occasionally to construction sites in the US.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Familiar with basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments by checking them physically.
• Check products for defects and accuracy.
• Pull, pack and ship finished goods.
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle.
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and perform regular maintenance.
• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places.
• Pull orders from shelves and place onto pallets.
• Communicate with managers to identify equipment in need of maintenance.
• Ensure safety measures are followed.
• Maintain tools and equipment properly at end of shift.
• May assist on local job sites and loading of trucks.
• Other duties as required.

• May occasionally help on local job‑sites (building and tearing down of structures and loading of trucks)
• Other duties as required

Required license or certification

• Forklift License Preferred
• Current Valid Drivers License

Education Requirements

• High school or equivalent

Requirements

• Be willing to travel occasionally to sites under construction in the US
• Pass background check and drug screening requirements
• Bi‑lingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Familiar with basic hand tools
• Pay attention to detail and become familiar with industrial equipment
• Able to work overtime occasionally
• Able to read and understand safety instructions
• Fork lift experience and license preferred
• Willing to complete fork lift training preferred
• Experience with the loading and unloading of trucks preferred (flat‑beds and/or trailers)
• Small engine repair and maintenance skills preferred but not required
• Stand continuously for long periods of time
• Able to repeatedly lift‑up to 75Ibs
