About The Role

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for accurate receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of products, ensuring standards of accuracy, safety, sanitation, security, and productivity. This is a union position.

What You’ll Do

• Count all products, compare to packing slips/WMS, and check for damages, quantity, part number accuracy, and expiration dates.
• Report shortages, damages, and mis-shipments; sign for inbound shipments if necessary.
• Unload inbound shipments safely and move products to storage locations. Stack and store merchandise efficiently.
• Ensure correct picking in WMS and transport orders to shipping areas. Bag, tag, or mark orders as needed.
• Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness. Accept signatures and move products into trailers or containers.
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Operate equipment safely, complying with OSHA and company standards.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and aisle assessments.
• Perform additional duties such as reboxing, repairing damaged goods, operating shrink-wrap machines, charging forklift batteries, cleaning, and snow removal as required.

What You’ll Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of warehouse experience
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems preferred
• Forklift certification preferred
• Ability to read, count, perform basic math, and write legibly
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow directions
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Flexibility in work tasks and schedules
