Job description

Our Warehouse Associates are a vital part of distributing our products. We are seeking a warehouse person to work in a safe environment with positive team members.

The Warehouse person will properly and safely stock our roofing materials, pull inventory for customer pick-ups, operate a forklift to unload incoming deliveries, and load trucks for jobsite deliveries. You will ensure accurate inventory counts, rotate stock, and handle damaged materials appropriately. Join our team, which values a 'team-first' attitude. Work Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime on weekdays and Saturdays during the busy season.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, shipping and receiving, or similar environment.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. repeatedly each day.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus; we will assist with certification if needed.
• Basic math skills for inventory management; good verbal and written English skills for communication and reading purchase orders.
• Reliability, safety consciousness, and teamwork skills.
• Alignment with the 'Make Money and Have Fun!' culture.
• Valid driver's license, a satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass criminal background, driving record checks, and a pre-employment drug test.
