Job summary

BENQ AMERICA CORP in California is hiring a Temp-to-Hire Warehouse Associate to support the RMA team. The role focuses on accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include inbound/outbound tasks, cycle counts, restocking, and cross-training across warehouse areas, all while maintaining a clean, safe work environment and following established procedures.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are required.

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders; pick, pack, and prepare shipments.
• Safely complete inbound and outbound warehouse tasks; unload, sort, label, count, replenish, restock.
• Perform quality control and auditing checks with strong attention to detail.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Help maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other related duties as required.

We are hiring a Temp-to-Hire Warehouse Associate to support our RMA team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders; this includes accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment
• Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks; unloading, sorting, labeling, cycle counts, replenishing, and restocking
• Perform quality control and auditing checks with strong attention to detail
• Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects as needed
• Help maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform other related duties as required

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 30 lbs.
• Forklift experience (Forklift Certification a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent
