Job summary

BenQ North America in California is seeking a Temp-to-Hire Warehouse Associate to support our RMA team. You will follow established processes to fulfill orders, pick, pack, and prepare shipments for delivery.

The role requires lifting up to 30 lbs, forklift experience, and proficiency with MS Office. You’ll work Monday–Friday in an office-based setting with a competitive base salary plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 30 lbs frequently.
• Experience with forklift is preferred (certification a plus).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders through picking, packing, and shipment preparation.
• Perform inbound/outbound warehouse tasks including unloading and restocking.
• Conduct quality checks with strong attention to detail.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and support projects.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other related duties as required.

We are hiring a Temp-to-Hire Warehouse Associate to support our RMA team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders; this includes accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment
• Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks; unloading, sorting, labeling, cycle counts, replenishing, and restocking
• Perform quality control and auditing checks with strong attention to detail
• Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects as needed
• Help maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform other related duties as required

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 30 lbs.
• Forklift experience (Forklift Certification a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective time management skills

Based on experience, we offer a very competitive base salary plus bonus
