Job summary

BENQ America Corp. in California is looking for a Temp-to-Hire Warehouse Associate to support the RMA team.

You will handle order picking, packing, and shipment preparation, and contribute to a safe, efficient warehouse environment. Ideal candidates will lift up to 30 lbs, have forklift experience (certification a plus), be proficient with Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook, and demonstrate strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders; pick, pack, and prepare shipments.
• Safely perform inbound/outbound warehouse tasks; unload, sort, label, count, replenish, restock.
• Conduct quality control and audits with strong attention to detail.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

We are hiring a Temp-to-Hire Warehouse Associate to support our RMA team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders; this includes accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment
• Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks; unloading, sorting, labeling, cycle counts, replenishing, and restocking
• Perform quality control and auditing checks with strong attention to detail
• Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects as needed
• Help maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform other related duties as required

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 30 lbs.
• Forklift experience (Forklift Certification a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Compensation:

Based on experience, we offer a very competitive base salary plus bonus
