Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to help maintain inventory accuracy and ensure smooth order fulfillment. You will handle receiving, scanning, packing, and shipping tasks in a fast-paced environment, while keeping an organized workspace.

You will use our inventory management system and work with a team to improve efficiency. The role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and reliability in a full-time on-site setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Excellent communication skills and team player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and store incoming inventory with precision.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
• Use inventory management system to track stock levels and movements.
