Job summary

Rite-Rug in Woodridge, IL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to safely load and unload flooring materials, pick and stage orders for delivery and installation crews, and operate the cutting machine in a clean, safety-conscious warehouse environment.

You will also support periodic deliveries to stores or customer sites and assist with returns, restocking, and quality checks. Growth opportunities exist in a thriving flooring company.

Qualifications

• Experience with flooring materials or construction supplies is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Effective communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload flooring materials (rolls, tiles, planks, adhesives).
• Pick and stage orders for delivery and installation crews.
• Operate the cutting machine.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PMPay: $19 to $21 an hour.
