Job summary

Rite Rug Co. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Charlotte, NC to load and unload flooring materials, pick and stage orders for delivery teams, and operate the cutting machine. You will keep the warehouse clean and safe, with occasional store deliveries and help with returns and quality checks.

The role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, operating pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided), and a reliable, team-oriented attitude. Mon–Fri daytime schedule with comfortable weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Experience with flooring materials or construction supplies is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate pallet jacks or forklifts (we’ll train!).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Effective communication skills and reliability are essential.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a drive to learn.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload flooring materials (rolls, tiles, planks, adhesives).
