Responsibilities

  • Receive and unload flooring shipments and containers.
  • Inspect materials for damage and verify quantities against receiving documents.
  • Move and organize flooring materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Label and sticker incoming products.
  • Put inventory away in the appropriate warehouse locations.
  • Pull and stage customer orders accurately.
  • Verify product, weights, and dimensions.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including wrapping, strapping, and securing materials.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers.
  • Confirm Bills of Lading and shipping documentation.
  • Maintain an organized and clean warehouse.
  • Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory.
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position plays an important role in receiving, storing, organizing, and preparing flooring materials for customer orders and shipments.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a physical warehouse environment, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and unload incoming flooring shipments and containers
  • Inspect materials for damage and verify quantities against receiving documents
  • Move and organize flooring materials throughout the warehouse
  • Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely
  • Properly label and sticker incoming products
  • Put inventory away in the appropriate warehouse locations
  • Pull and stage customer orders accurately
  • Verify product, quantities, weights, and dimensions
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including wrapping, strapping, and securing materials
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers
