Job summary

Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our flooring client. This on-site role supports receiving, organizing, and moving materials to keep orders flowing and inventory accurate. You’ll work with a small team, follow safety procedures, and help maintain a clean warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow with the company in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse experience required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Ability to safely lift and move flooring materials.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident communicator receptive to feedback and eager to develop.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and move flooring materials and inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders accurately for delivery and job sites.
• Safely load and unload materials using proper handling procedures.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently as needed.

Position Title: Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a hands‑on role in keeping inventory organized and orders moving efficiently by receiving and organizing materials, pulling and preparing orders, loading and unloading products, and maintaining a safe, clean warehouse. This fully onsite position offers a consistent 8–5 schedule and the opportunity to grow alongside an experienced team! The ideal candidate is a reliable, confident, and organized warehouse professional who brings a strong work ethic, pays close attention to detail, takes feedback well, and is eager to learn and grow with the company.

Salary: $19–$24/ Hour DOE
