Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Chicago–Woodridge, IL 60517 to safely handle flooring materials and manage stock for delivery and installation teams.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a pay rate of $19.00–$21.00 per hour, and requires a clean driving record and ability to drive a box truck when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with flooring materials or construction supplies is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and operate pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Effective communication and reliability; punctual and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload flooring materials (rolls, tiles, planks, adhesives).
• Pick and stage orders for delivery and installation crews.
• Operate the cutting machine.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Periodically deliver to stores or customer sites.
• Assist with returns, restocking, and quality checks.
