Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Present a professional representation to internal and external customers.
• Load and unload deliveries and pickups safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory accuracy per established processes.
• Notify warehouse manager of missing, lost, or damaged items.
• Report safety issues affecting warehouse, facility, or equipment.
• Log inventory movements following established procedures.
• Operate equipment per instructions and policies.
• Follow directions from the warehouse manager.
• Keep the warehouse clean, neat, and organized.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain safety-conscious working methods on and off site.

Climb Higher (About The Job)

Responsible for carrying out the directions given by the Warehouse Manager. Responsible for the execution of logistics functions of receiving, processing, and storing all items in the warehouse. Responsible for the sending out of inventory to internal and external customers with absolute accuracy based on the shipping list.

• Presenting a professional representation to all internal and external customers at all times.
• Load and unload all deliveries and pick ups in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain the accuracy of the inventory through strict adherence of established processes and procedures.
• Notify the warehouse manager of any missing, lost or damaged materials, equipment or inventory.
• Notify the warehouse manager of any issues impacting safety of the warehouse, facility, or equipment.
• Properly log any inventory entering the warehouse or leaving the warehouse by strictly following established processes and procedures.
• Follow all established processes procedures and policies when operating any and all equipment required to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Follow instructions given by warehouse manager.
• Keep the warehouse clean, neat, and well organized.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and warehouse manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the logistics team.
• Maintaining a safety conscious method of working both on and off site.

Minimum/Preferred Requirements

Education: High School or equivalent

Experience: Entry level

Signal Strength (Knowledge/Skills)

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with the field and warehouse.
• Ability to operate cell phone-based inventory applications

Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 25%
• The person in this position needs to move about inside the warehouse to access materials or machinery 50%
• The ability to lift up to 70lbs
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all seasons and inclement weather
