Qualifications

  • 1+ year of warehouse, inventory, logistics, or supply chain experience preferred.
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or warehouse equipment preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to understand and track telecommunications equipment and materials.
  • Familiarity with inventory management for telecommunications or ISP operations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Organize, store, and label telecommunications equipment and materials, including fiber optic cable, networking hardware, customer premise equipment (CPE), and installation supplies.
  • Pick, stage, and prepare materials for field technicians, construction crews, and project deployments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assists with physical inventory audits.
  • Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Coordinate deliveries and shipments to job sites, offices, and field locations.
  • Track equipment assigned to technicians and company vehicles.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
  • Assist with material returns, warranty processing, and asset disposition.
  • Support inventory forecasting by reporting low stock levels and material shortages.
