Job summary

Timberline Communications Inc. (TCI) is seeking motivated individuals to join our telecom infrastructure team.

You’ll work outdoors on wireless sites, often at heights, installing, testing, and commissioning components and systems. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and DOT medical card, be willing to travel regionally (30–50%), and enjoy hands-on construction work with a focus on safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current valid driver's license and DOT medical card.
• Willingness to travel regionally (30-50% throughout New England and occasional projects in New York).
• Outdoor work at heights; safety and quality workmanship are essential.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, Fiber, and PIM testing experience required.
• Experience installing, terminating, and testing all aspects of a wireless communication site.
• Knowledge of grounding specifications.
• Connector installation by all manufacturers.
• Antenna mounting and setting azimuth, RET installs.
• Must be able to climb heights up to 100'+
• Must have basic hand tools
• Must work well with others.
• Willingness to travel regionally (30 - 50% throughout New England and occasional projects in New York)
• Current valid driver's license.
