Job summary

Timberline Communications Inc. is a lead provider of wireless infrastructure. We seek motivated individuals ready to work safely, travel regionally, and build critical communications systems in outdoor environments.

You will handle fiber, PIM testing, grounding, and antenna installations while developing technical skills for rooftop and DAS projects. Valid driver's license and DOT medical card required.

Qualifications

• Experience with wireless site construction and testing processes.
• Must have a current valid driver's license and DOT medical card.
• Ability to work outdoors and at heights, with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and terminations for wireless sites.
• Perform grounding and connector work per manufacturer specs.
• Mount antennas and set azimuth for RET installs.
• Travel regionally (30–50%); some projects in New England and NY.
• Work collaboratively with team to ensure quality outcomes.

All potential hires must have a current valid driver's license and a DOT medical card. This is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in telecom infrastructure. You'll work outdoors, often at heights, building critical communications systems while developing valuable technical skills.

Your Work that Keeps us Connected (Job Responsibilities)

• Sweep, Fiber, and PIM testing experience required.
• Experience installing, terminating, and testing all aspects of a wireless communication site.
• Knowledge of grounding specifications.
• Connector installation by all manufacturers.
• Antenna mounting and setting azimuth, RET installs.
• Must be able to climb heights up to 100'+
• Must have basic hand tools
• Must work well with others.
• Willingness to travel regionally (30 - 50% throughout New England and occasional projects in New York)
• Current valid driver's license.

You’ll Rise Above if (additional skillset)

• Previous construction experience is highly recommended
• Previous telecom tower work (not required but nice to have)
