Job summary

Planes, a long‑standing logistics company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Aurora, IL to help receive, store, and ship products in a fast‑paced warehouse. You will work with a team to ensure accuracy and safety, with opportunities for growth and overtime as needed.

The role is full‑time, day shift, with overtime available. Forklift experience is strongly preferred; a high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
• Forklift experience strongly preferred; certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing workloads.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks manually and with warehouse equipment
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse
• Accurately record inventory transactions and shipment information
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company and OSHA safety standards

What We're Looking For

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical work for extended periods
• Ability to work overtime, including occasional evenings or weekends as business needs require
