The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and attention to detail as you handle goods and operate warehouse equipment. You will work a day shift with overtime potential, receive competitive hourly pay, and be eligible for comprehensive benefits as a full-time employee.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
• Forklift experience strongly preferred; certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing workloads.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks manually and with warehouse equipment.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
• Accurately record inventory transactions and shipment information.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift

• Ability to work overtime, including occasional evenings or weekends as business needs require
