Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Computer knowledge is required.
• Epicor E10 software experience preferred.
• 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, document, and put away materials including lot-tracked items with verified part numbers and quantities.
• Pick, pack, and ship inventory, perform transfers and site services material handling.
• Process UPS/FedEx, international shipments, truck deliveries, and freight pickups.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and location changes.
• Unload, stage, receive, package, and deliver tubing orders with freight coordination.
• Keep warehouse organized, including shelves, pallets, recycling, and break room supplies.
• Follow policies, safety rules, and laws while supporting other duties.

The Role: Warehouse Associate

Pay: $20-$24 per hour

What You'll Do

• Receive, document, and put away materials, including lot-tracked material, while verifying part numbers, quantities, and system receipts
• Pick, pack, and ship inventory, warehouse transfers, and Site Services materials accurately and securely
• Process UPS/FedEx manifests, international shipments, truck shipments, deliveries, and freight pickups
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, staging-area reviews, discrepancy investigations, location changes, indexing, and inventory-weight updates
• Unload, stage, receive, package, secure, and deliver tubing orders while coordinating freight for on-time delivery
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness, including shelves, pallets, cardboard recycling, trash, break-room cleaning, and supply requisitions
• Follow company policies, procedures, safety expectations, and applicable laws while supporting other duties as assigned

Education & Training

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required
• Ability to obtain forklift certification, required
• Must have or be able to obtain a chauffeur's license to drive delivery truck

Experience

• Computer knowledge, required
• Epicor E10 software, preferred
• 2 years of warehouse experience, preferred

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

This is an on-site, hands-on role in a manufacturing environment.

• Frequent bending, kneeling, and stooping throughout the shift
• Lifting and moving materials up to 75 lbs (with assistance)
• Use of close, distance, and peripheral vision with strong attention to detail
• Exposure to typical grinding and polishing conditions (noise, dust, etc.)
• Required use of PPE including gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots
