Job summary

Central States Industrial (CSI) is seeking a Repetitive Manufacturing Coordinator in Springfield, MO, on-site. This role supports material readiness, job execution, production flow, and ERP accuracy to maintain schedules, protect customer commitments, and drive operational efficiency on the shop floor.

You will work closely with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Warehouse teams to monitor status, resolve constraints, and maintain accurate information across ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing planning or related roles.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems; Epicor Kinetic preferred.
• Experience supporting repetitive or production-based manufacturing environments, preferred.
• Working knowledge of bills of materials, routings, job operations, and material planning concepts, preferred.
• Experience with labor reporting and job costing transactions, preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and basic analysis, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support production planning by interpreting demand and production schedules and identifying material and job requirements.
• Monitor material readiness, validate MRP supply suggestions, follow up on late deliveries, and coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse to address shortages.
• Create, release, maintain, and close repetitive manufacturing jobs in the ERP system with accurate quantities, due dates, materials, routings, and job data.
• Monitor jobs on the production floor, verify system status against actual conditions, and help identify stalled jobs, bottlenecks, and work-in-process issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory, material transactions, job information, labor reporting, and ERP data; investigate and elevate discrepancies as needed.
• Support engineering changes, material substitutions, revisions, quality/rework activities, traceability documentation, and return processes.
• Communicate job status, material readiness, delays, and risks across teams while supporting process improvement and standard work.

Role: Repetitive Manufacturing Coordinator

Pay: $20–$23 per hour

Location: Springfield, MO (On-site)

The Repetitive Manufacturing Coordinator supports material readiness, job execution, production flow, and ERP accuracy within an assigned area of repetitive manufacturing operations. This role helps ensure production has the materials, jobs, documentation, and system visibility needed to maintain schedules, protect customer commitments, and support operational efficiency.

The individual works closely with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Warehouse teams to monitor job and material status, identify risks, resolve constraints, and maintain accurate information across the shop floor and ERP system.

What You’ll Be Doing

Experience
