PepsiCo in the United States operates a satellite warehouse where you will certify pallet loads, coach pickers, and act as floor lead when the supervisor is off-site. You will ensure accurate record-keeping for loads and maintain pallet configurations to support efficient distribution.
This role requires 2 years of warehousing leadership, forklift experience, and the ability to work afternoons, late nights, or weekends in a fast-paced environment.

This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fast-paced warehouse operation. In this role you will keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD deliver, provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices and be the floor lead when warehouse supervisor is not on- site. Additional duties include providing feedback to Product Availability Supervisor (Warehouse Supervisor) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of picker and loaders.
This position contributes to the overall success of the Pepsi Beverages Company at the satellite warehouse level. You will be engaging in a fast-paced, evolving, and results-based environment while employing safety and the preferred methods of PepsiCo.
