Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to optimize inventory, ensure product availability, and coordinate between production, sales, warehouses, and 3PL providers.

Key duties include managing inventory with SAP, reconciling transactions, supporting inbound/outbound processes, and maintaining accurate records to enable on-time customer fulfillment across multiple locations. The role requires analytical rigor and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory transactions and reconciliation using SAP.
  • Inventory Management: Review and adjust Bills of Lading (BOLs) to ensure receiving accurately matches inbound shipments.
  • Inventory Management: Process warehouse breakage write-offs and enter rework cases into the system.
  • Inventory Management: Perform daily inventory reconciliations and investigate inventory discrepancies.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate and complete full inventory counts during four-week period-end inventory reconciliations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory integrity across all warehouse locations.
  • Product Availability: Work closely with the Production team to maintain healthy inventory levels.
  • Product Availability: Partner with the Sales team to ensure products are available to meet customer demand.
  • Product Availability: Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to support the launch and distribution of new products.
  • Product Availability: Monitor inventory trends and proactively identify potential supply issues.
  • 3PL Coordination: Maintain effective communication with warehouse and 3PL partners.
  • 3PL Coordination: Support onboarding of new products into 3PL operations.
  • 3PL Coordination: Ensure inventory movements are accurately reflected between internal systems and external warehouse providers.

Overview

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for inventory accuracy, product availability, and coordination between production, sales, warehouse, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers. This role ensures inventory integrity, supports customer fulfillment, and maintains efficient supply chain operations through strong analytical and systems expertise.


Responsibilities

Inventory Management



  • Manage inventory transactions and reconciliation using SAP.

  • Review and adjust Bills of Lading (BOLs) to ensure receiving accurately matches inbound shipments.

  • Perform daily inventory reconciliations and investigate inventory discrepancies.

Compensation and Benefits:



  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,500 - $80,600.
