Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring for a Supply Chain role based in Plano, TX. The position requires 3+ years in supply chain operations and strong project management skills, with responsibilities spanning from wave planning to decommission activities across facilities.

Qualifications

  • Manage cross-functional critical path and prioritize work across functions.
  • Coordinate product supply code activation ensuring high service levels.
  • Partner with sales to increase SKU availability by wave.
  • Provide on-site support during each wave of product decommission and intake through project end date.
  • Own critical path for decommission and exit of facilities.
  • This role could require up to 50-70% travel per month.

This role will work closely with and collaborate across all divisions and many different functions in the field & HQ on a weekly basis. Regular connections with field and sector leadership will be required to provide progress updates, review project risk, and align on actions needed to address challenges. External interaction will occur on a regular basis with the suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate product supply code activation ensuring high levels of service
  • Partner with sales team to increase SKU availability by wave
  • Provide on-site support during each wave of product decommission and intake through project end date and hyper-care
  • Own critical path for decommission and exit of facilities
  • This role could require up to 50-70% travel per month

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,200 - $134,250.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Operations, Engineering, Logistics, Business
  • 3+ years of Supply Chain experience (Operations, Logistics) with ability to handle multiple complexities
  • Operations management and project management experience
  • Solid functional knowledge in these areas: Warehouse operations, warehouse systems
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels and functions in the organization.
  • Self-directed and motivated to win
  • Results oriented with a bias for action
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Highly motivated and able to work with multiple teams simultaneously & prioritize work to balance/achieve conflicting milestones & resource constraints.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills required.
