The University of Texas at Austin is seeking a Warehouse Assistant for the UT Libraries at the Pickle Research Campus in North Austin. You will move library materials, operate an order picker, and update locations in the inventory system.
This role requires OSHA certification within the first week of employment and a 40-hour weekly schedule. The position is on-site with duties across storage and preservation areas and routine data recording.
Position opens to All Applicants. Weekly scheduled hours: 40. Location: Pickle Research Campus, North Austin.
To carry out tasks related to the move of library materials (trays of books, boxes of paper, oversized bound newspapers, etc.) from one warehouse space to another warehouse space at the Collections Preservation and Research Complex (CPRC) at the University of Texas Pickle Research Campus in North Austin.
Selected applicant must complete OSHA certification training within first week of employment.
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
