Randstad USA is assisting a family‑owned manufacturer in Pembroke, NH, with a first shift Warehouse Associate role reporting to the Warehouse Manager. This position supports daily warehouse/production operations, moving large items, staging finished pools, and coordinating with vendors.

The role requires forklift and overhead crane experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to lift heavy materials. Full‑time, direct hire with benefits and growth potential.

Job Title: Warehouse associate reporting to the Warehouse Manager (First Shift – Direct Hire) Location: Suncook, NH Shift: First Shift 7-3:30pm Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire 50-60K, plus benefits

We are a small, high-end manufacturer of exclusive, luxury, recreational items and are currently seeking a reliable, hands‑on warehouse associate to join our growing team to support daily operations in our warehouse/production area.

About the Role

This is a first shift, direct hire opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys a collaborative environment and has experience with material handling large items, warehouse logistics and working with vendors and subcontractors. You'll work closely with the Warehouse Manager, Logistics Coordinator, Sales, and other team members to ensure our unique product is built and shipped with precision and care.

Salary: $50,000 - $62,000 per year

Shift: First

Work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

Education: High School

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the day‑to‑day operations of the warehouse/production area
• Operate overhead cranes and sit‑down forklifts to safely move concrete pool shells and materials throughout the two areas onsite.
• Work along with external vendors on site and contractors for the tiling, electrical, and other custom installations or add‑ons
• Help stage, wrap, and prepare finished pools for long‑haul shipping
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Support logistics and warehouse manager as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse with a production environment
• Forklift and experience with overhead cranes needed
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed
• Good references, solid work history, and long‑term employment goals
• Must pass a background check and drug screeningMust be able to learn and understand company specific computer system
