Job summary

Randstad USA is assisting a family‑owned manufacturer in Pembroke, NH, with a first shift Warehouse Associate role reporting to the Warehouse Manager. This position supports daily warehouse/production operations, moving large items, staging finished pools, and coordinating with vendors.

The role requires forklift and overhead crane experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to lift heavy materials. Full‑time, direct hire with benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse with a production environment.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day‑to‑day operations of the warehouse/production area.
• Operate overhead cranes and sit‑down forklifts to move concrete pool shells and materials onsite.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for installations or add‑ons.
• Stage, wrap, and prepare finished pools for long‑haul shipping.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and support the warehouse manager.
