Advantage Technical is excited to partner with a leading manufacturer to fill a Warehouse Support Specialist role in Littleton, MA. The position emphasizes safe forklift operation, accurate pallet tagging, and dependable performance in a fast-paced environment.

Pay is $22 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and potential overtime. The role requires teamwork with warehouse and production supervisors, accurate material handling, and maintaining a clean, organized facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Previous forklift/warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to transport finished products throughout the warehouse.
• Store finished goods in designated warehouse locations.
• Load empty pallets and storage shells onto trucks for return shipments.
• Accurately tag and track finished product pallets.
• Receive, sort, and store incoming materials according to company procedures.
• Reload route trucks and process returned products.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and maintain required records.
• Communicate with warehouse and production supervisors to support daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport finished goods to designated warehouse locations and tag pallets accordingly
• Load empty pallets and plastic flats/shells onto transport trucks for return to manufacturing
• Operate forklifts safely, maintaining awareness of surroundings at all times
• Communicate daily with warehouse and production supervisors
• Receive, sort, and store incoming and returned items following established procedures
• Maintain clean and orderly warehouse and yard areas, including light housekeeping
• Complete and maintain daily pre-trip inspection checklists and documentation
