Job Description Summary
The warehouse associate acts on behalf of the warehouse lead to meet customer requirements, including conducting cycle counts, pulling parts, inbounding products, receiving goods, and assisting with linehaul operations. The role involves various tasks to ensure smooth warehouse operations and a positive customer experience.
Essential Functions / Core Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations
- Assist with daily activities such as quality assurance, inventory control, logistics, shipping, and customer service.
- Suggest cost-saving and efficiency improvements to management.
- Inspect equipment and oversee maintenance when needed.
Leadership Dependability
- Behave consistently and follow through on commitments.
- Maintain punctuality and be present for critical events.
- Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
Equipment and Operations
- Regularly inspect equipment and report issues.
- Learn and efficiently use technology relevant to the role.
