Job summary

Pavion is hiring a Warehouse Assistant in the Decatur area to manage inventory, track materials, and coordinate pickups and deliveries for AWS projects. You will help ensure materials are available when needed and maintain accurate records to prevent delays.

You will liaise with procurement, vendors, project management, and field operations. Must have 1+ years in warehouse/logistics, valid license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and basic MS Outlook/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse, delivery, logistics, or construction support.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to obtain certification.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties.
• Experience supporting construction, data center, or industrial projects preferred.

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our Security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing inventory, tracking project materials, and coordinating pickups and deliveries to support AWS project operations.
• Ensures materials are available when needed, maintains accurate inventory records, and helps prevent project delays by providing efficient logistics and warehouse support.

Pay Range:

The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00–$30.00 per hour. The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
